Teenage Elephants Knock Baby over in the Road

Elephants are some of the most intelligent and social animals on the planet. They have complex family dynamics and relationships that are truly fascinating to observe. Caught up in all the excitement, one teenager knocks over her tiny sibling.

Firstly, it’s important to note that elephants live in tight-knit family groups, known as herds. These herds are usually made up of related females and their offspring. Adult males tend to live alone or in smaller groups, only joining the herd during mating season.

Within a herd, sibling relationships are particularly strong. Female elephants stay with their mothers and sisters throughout their lives, forming lifelong bonds. Brothers, on the other hand, will eventually leave the herd to find a mate and start their own family group.
