Ratting with terriers
It’s absolutely incredible watching dogs do the very job their particular type was literally bred for. Also, it’s pretty much a horror show for these rats but left unchecked, They’ll cause problems for those farmers, The happiest and content dogs have a job, These terriers have a job, a purpose, This is heaven for them.
Who are the people disliking this? these people are doing hard agricultural work to grow your food, And the dogs are doing the same thing ratting dogs have been doing for hundreds of years.
When I was a teenager, I had a beagle that loved catching rats and mice, In the fall I would pull corn off the fodder shocks and shuck it and mice would run out from under the shock and he would catch them, I used to dig them out too, He would also layout between some old outbuildings for hours and wait on a rat to cross.
